While each of my coaching sessions is tailored specifically to you, the core principles of my Rebuild Model often serve as a foundation, offering valuable insights and direction as we move forward.

We will start by exploring those thought processes that are creating the feeling of staying stuck and going nowhere, instead of spending constant energy just thinking about them. We then examine more closely the ways these unhelpful thinking patterns impact on your everyday actions like decisions and making practical steps. We will work to challenge the truth in your current way of thinking and explore other possibilities in their meaning.

Next, using different coaching models and some embodiment work, we will work on reframing those previously limiting beliefs and work on ways to reduce their power and strength refocusing on creating a realistic and believable belief that is both powerful and liberating.

Finally, we will work on seeing yourself from this perspective and explore how it feels to be in the body of the rebuilt you and what now seems possible in this new space. Compare it to changing your lenses in your glasses. Everything suddenly seems a lot clearer and three dimensional!
